I truly wanted to love this place. It was in a convenient location to go to on the days I am running errands. I booked wax/tint. I picked specialist based on her work on IG. She mapped my eyebrows and explained. Sounded great. Well..... First I thought it was weird she did tint while she waxed but thought maybe that's just her technique so whatever. When she handed me the mirror and asked how is it? I just said fine. Paid/tipped and left very disappointed. What's the point of expressing the fact that one eye brow is thinner/over waxed And somehow I felt like I was back in the late 90s/ early 00s because I am now left with thin eyebrows. While I am happy with my teeth whitening service and the results, I was not happy to be seated almost 45 minutes late. When I arrived at the studio I was told that she was running 15 minutes behind. However, it ended up being close to 45 minutes past my appointment before I was seated and my service started. I was told that the client before me was 20minutes late and booked the wrong service. However, that shouldn't have affected my appointment time. She should have paused that other woman's lash service to get mine going and continued once my whitening treatment started. Again, I am happy with the results but not thrilled that my time wasn't considered.

I just had my 1 year touch up on my brows (permanent makeup) with Maite in Winter Park. She was very sweet and she asked if I wanted any adjustments. I got the combo (micro blading and tattoo needle) and she warmed up the color just a bit. Overall it was a great experience and she did an excellent job!
