Excellent customer service prices are a little bit higher but for the convenience of it being right here in the neighborhood I'm all right with that. My time and the price of gas these days.. it's not worth driving all the way to the box stores if Ace has what I need.
I had such a great experience at Ace Hardware in Winter Park! Josh went above and beyond to help us—not only was he super knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely kind and patient. We actually had to come back, and he was just as happy to assist the second time around, which really stood out.
