Allora Day Spa in Winter Park provides an outstanding and relaxing massage experience. The ambiance is calming and welcoming from the reception area, which is very well kept and smells amazing. The staff are nice, warm, and super friendly, making guests feel comfortable right from the start. The massage therapists are incredible, attentive, and thoughtful, ensuring comfort throughout. They are very professional and knowledgeable, checking in constantly to ensure the pressure is right and making use of every minute. Guests describe the massages as the best they have ever had, perfectly addressing needs and working out all knots. The services are described as amazing, blissful, and outstanding, with fair prices for the quality provided. The environment is so relaxing, with calming background music and lovely aromas. Complementary beverages are also offered. The experience is so relaxing that time seems to pass quickly. The spa is highly recommended, with many guests stating they will become regulars.
Without a doubt the best massage experience I've ever had. Husband agrees! We had the 90 minute massage (booked in separate rooms) with Nathan (me) and Nurys (him). We both came out of our rooms swearing that could not have been an hour and a half! Clocks told the truth! So relaxing. Both Nathan and Nurys were attentive and thoughtful. Keeping conversation minimal but always ensuring comfort. 10/10. We are not local but if we were we'd be signing up for a membership and coming regularly.
I had such a great experience at Allora Day Spa! The ambiance is so relaxing and the staff were nice. I had Gigi and she was great! It was my first time getting a massage and she explained everything and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. Would recommend!
Bradley was amazing!!! My neck and shoulders are typically like rocks and he massaged out all knots :) Can't recommend him enough. ALSO another shout out to Tauraa at the front!!! She greeted me as if I was her sister!! She was so warm and welcoming the whole time.
