I had the pleasure of having Mathew from the Lake Mary office come by to look at my shower today. There was only a small amount of black dirt on the grout but since I have lung issues I was concerned. As a senior on social security he was concerned about doing unnecessary tests and said it just needed a good cleaning which I avoided because of my breathing problems. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Mathew for being kind, thoughtful and above all honest.

Leonard Embrick came out to inspect the house he did a great job explaining things to me that were not done correctly and what we need to do to fix certain things. Explain the next stage in the process and how long it takes for the report to be done. Very nice and professional.
