We first talked with Tim (who came out), and Frank (via their office) several years ago. Also, until spring 2023, for 15 years I lead our HOA ARB team in a +400 home community in Oviedo….I confess to hesitation regarding providing this review because I just read the available reviews going back several years-there are not that many. We DO NOT do politics nor religion! Tim’s second time out I briefly brought up college football and pro baseball. He did not bring up anything except windows and that’s all we discussed. In 2008 we had all of our windows replaced by Accurate Window & Door. At the time they were advertising on the radio. We have been very pleased with the work that was performed and with the quality of the windows. How many companies stand behind their work 15 years later? Not many. We recently had some minor issues with balancing springs (1) window and some seals that had dried up from the effects of the destructive rays of the sun. Accurate Window & Door stood behind the work and the windows. We highly recommend them. They should be your 1st choice for windows and doors. You won't find a better company in Central Florida. Never got to the estimate. Tim Pateracki came to do it. Kept mentioning that he advertises on conservative talk radio, it’s even on his card. Also said liberal people with Biden/Harris signs in their yard never got a discount. So bizarre for a business, I ended the visit.
