I can not recommend Bryan Keys with 3MG Roofing enough. "The Big Man on The Roof" has not only helped me personally, but helped some of my clients as well, who all sung Bryan's praises. In an industry filled with untrustworthy people and businesses chasing money, Bryan's integrity and customer service is unparalleled. He doesn't just sell you a roof, he is your partner throughout he project and even after it's complete. Bryan's previously company did a repair on my metal roof and I later had a warranty issue regarding the work performed. Bryan got the techs back out to finish the project. We signed on with 3MG after Hurricane Milton caused damage to our home, requiring a full roof replacement as well as additional exterior and interior repairs. Our project manager was Sergio Salcido, and thanks to him the entire process was hassle free. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with our insurance company, making it a smooth experience for us. We hardly had to do anything except file the initial claim. Our inquiries were always addressed quickly, we were kept informed of what to expect throughout the entire time, and Sergio did a great job following up on any concerns we had.
