I can’t recommend them enough. When we moved to Florida 5 years ago our senior dog got sick, they got us in same day, and we’ve never looked back. Between our two pups we’ve been in plenty of times for various reasons and they’re always helpful and accommodating. Dr Santiago, the vet techs, and front desk staff truly care about our dogs. Yesterday we had to put down our senior dog and all of the staff was so caring and kind. They were crying along with us and I know they’ll miss our Jack too. We’ll bring Stella there always. Thank you Dr Santiago and team for everything over the years
My furbaby (cat/Oscar) all of a sudden became sick. I believe he accidentally swallowed a little lizard from our lani. I had called him in for a treat and he came running and that’s when I believe it happened. He gaged and wouldn’t eat his treat an was slobbering like crazy. Oscar is 8years old but acts like a kitten and has never been sick. Obviously I was freaked out. Called and he got in quickly. Everyone was just so nice and Dr. Santiago took very good care of him. He hydrated him gave him meds etc. checked his blood for anything that could be off. Told me if he was not eating or drinking the next day to let them know. We have been taking our dog to Wintermere Point Animal Hospital for six years now. They have always provided excellent care. Fortunately, our dog had previously been healthy so we would only go for yearly visits. Recently, she became very ill and Dr Santiago and team provided the best care for her. He was so thorough and kind to our sweet girl. We are so thankful for Dr Santiago and his whole team for their compassionate care.
