I can not say enough good things about the professionalism of this Home Care team. From the 1st day I made a call to them, the staff showed care and compassion walking me through the unknown. Since then, the caregivers we've had are wonderful. They take such good care of my husband and you can tell the caregivers love what they do. They definitely become a part of our family. The staff are always supportive in making sure our schedules are covered. They all make the journey we are on better! We appreciate them so much! I was really lucky to get a referral to Winter Garden Senior Home Care when my 98-year-old mother needed more care. A representative was at my mother's assisted living apartment by the following day to discuss mom's needs in great detail, from her medical issues to her favorite television shows. The representative immediately set up a schedule of care after matching mom with an employee who was described to me as perfect. And she was as she helped navigate the stream of visitors and medical personnel in and out of mom's apartment, while making sure mom had enough to eat and drink all the while while keeping her company.
