The woman that works here is so kind ! It was my first time using the laundromat since our washer broke at home. She showed me the machines and explained the costs. Such a sweet woman ! There are lots of machines and big load washers as well. Very grateful this location is nearby !
I've been going to this place God knows how long and I can say the customer service has always been Pleasant polite and welcome them the attendant Donnell is a good. Person she make sure you're okay she helps if needed and she's always cleaning people friendly the machines are gray dryers get real hot the cost of washing is great we have big lots of clothes this is a place for you to go 10 out of 10 and I can't forget about the owners who work time to time they're very pleasant very nice and very welcome
Carolyn is the best ever. She happily helps Matthew's Hope by folding clothes as we drag them from the dryer. It's an old place and could use some new equipment but it is still getting the job done for 40 homeless every week.
