From the moment I made the first call, I was treated with compassion. Dr. Kara assisted us at home. She was caring and compassionate. She answered all our questions, explained the full process and allowed us the time that we needed to say our goodbyes. Coco passed away without pain and in peace.“

“I want to give a shout out to Dr. Cappleman and her technician Nikki. We came in as an emergency appointment with our senior pup yesterday, and we pretty much knew that things were not looking good. Dr. Cappleman ran some diagnostics, and based on her findings was so thorough and patient in explaining what our dog was suffering from, and gave us time to process and to make a very difficult decision. Never did we feel rushed, and they made sure we had all the information. Once the decision was made that our dog's continued suffering was inhumane, Nikki kindly explained step by step how they would proceed, and what role we could play. My oldest daughter held our pup, and he peacefully let go. Dr. C and Nikki were absolutely solid in guiding us through this highly emotional moment.“

“This office is so caring and so genuine. They have cried with us, celebrated with us, been truthful and hopeful with us. They are all so kind and compassionate- in our lowest and highest times with all our animals, they are always there. We take all of our animals there. When we had our beloved Golden, they always just loved on him and when he got cancer they took us through all the steps- including end of life we’re the Vet cried with us- it showed such caring connection and compassion and shows how much doing what they do also means to them. Last night when our other elder dog hurt her leg, they got us in right away, took the best care of her and gave us hope that it isn’t as bad as we thought, showed us her X-rays- talked about ALL options. “I can’t recommend them enough. When we moved to Florida 5 years ago our senior dog got sick, they got us in same day, and we’ve never looked back. Between our two pups we’ve been in plenty of times for various reasons and they’re always helpful and accommodating. Dr Santiago, the vet techs, and front desk staff truly care about our dogs. Yesterday we had to put down our senior dog and all of the staff was so caring and kind. They were crying along with us and I know they’ll miss our Jack too. We’ll bring Stella there always. “Dr. Passilla is truly the best! She has been so incredibly patient & thorough with my energetic golden doodle. I’ve just discovered my boy has seasonal allergies that really aggravate his paws and cause him to bite and lick them. She has gone above and beyond trying to find a solution for this issue, taking time to call and brainstorm in between visits when I’m worrying. I really cannot say enough about her and her expertise. She is a brain! I’m soooo thankful to have found her!“

“Sometimes is a nightmare to find a place where you can bring your babies, I had two cats and I found a kitty on the street two days ago so I have now three babies. I can’t bring them to a regular vet, the prices are super expensive with this clinic I feel calm because my babies can have good care and vaccines and all. The team there is nice and professional.“
