I had a hissing sound coming from the outside unit, and a droning sound from the impeller. Donny showed up right on time, checked the power, refrigerant, ran it in cooling and heating cycles, gave me some valuable tips, and told me what could be acting, but it was not failing yet. It was a pleasant experience. No wonder Titan's ratings are as good as they are.
Donnie and Ben were here twice on Thursday trying to find the problem with the the A/C. It boiled down to being the wire running from the unit outside to the thermostat which they replaced and got every thing up and running again.
Randy was my technician. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. The maintenance was done throughly and actually worked with me to ensure that I understood what he was doing. Carol in the office was also able to help me out with any questions I had.
