I took my Mercedes Benz SUV for Service at Royal Motors on 6/25/20206. I needed a full service oil change and a repair to the drivers door strap. Robbie and his staff were so efficient and accommodating they serviced my vehicle repaired my door strap and had me heading home in less than 2 hours. My tech Matthew was Professional, Polite, and a great tech. He kept me informed of every step of the service he conducted on my vehicle. This was my first time I used the service at Royal Motors and I highly recommend them and going forward will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

My car hasn’t run right in 10 years. I’m a little late with our review because of the busyness we’ve been Rob was the only person that knew how to fix our 450 SL when I come down from New Jersey I don’t even sit in the car and I put my hand on the key and it starts right up. Sorry I didn’t leave a review sooner but these guys know what they’re doing. The only problem I had was the battery going low and they fixed that too Rob thanks.
