I give it 5 stars because the young lady who is at the entrance, Andrea, I always see that she receives people with a smile and good morning, also when there is a problem with the equipment, she immediately takes notes, checks them and if they have a problem, she cancels them until the gentleman who repairs them returns. she also makes sure that everything is clean, thank you.

Thank you Musa! I really enjoy training at LA Fitness — the environment is great, the gym is well-equipped, and on top of that, I always get excellent service right at the front desk. Musa stands out for being attentive, polite, and quick to solve anything, even during the busiest hours. His straightforward and efficient way of handling things really makes the day-to-day easier.
