The team is very professional and quick to respond, arriving exactly on time for appointments. They were able to have someone come out on Memorial Day with no up charge and at a fair price. we called them for a leak under the kitchen sink. they showed up fast and the plumber was super chill and explained everything clearly before doing any work. the fix itself took less than an hour and they cleaned up the mess they made under the cabinet. price felt fair for the work and no hidden fees or upselling which I appreciated. I do wish theyd sent a text confirm of the appointment time since I had to wait on hold for a minute to set it up. also the receipt they emailed had a small typo in the address but they fixed it fast when I said something. 4 stars overall good service and would use again.

Cooper from JJP came out and correctly identified the cause of a low pressure issue and also replaced a toilet supply valve and toilet fill mechanism. Recommend them for your plumbing needs.
