Wanted to get back into RVing and decided on a Sprinter chassis class C. After seeing several brands at multiple dealers in the region I stopped by GRW in Winter Garden. I met Steve who became my salesperson. I wound up buying a Coachmen Prism Elite.
Everyone who I have met who works at GRW is engaging and seems to be customer experience focused which is so refreshing in today’s busy world.
Between the three dealerships they own, they have a great selection of RV’s in varying types and price points.

A really pleasant RV buying experience… yes you read that right. I can’t thank Paul, Brandon, Aubrey and Chris enough for their polite, professional and thoughtful care during my RV purchase. Beyond that I would also point out the selection of RVs and the knowledge staff that I spoke to every time, even when I was just shopping.
My husband & I were looking for an RV and choose Giant Recreation World. We were lucky to get Ron Newsome (sales) Aubrey ( delivery & show) Brandon (finance) to help navigate our journey. Ron asked what we were looking for and showed us several options within our wish list. Ron was very informative, had great suggestions, always smiling and laughing with us. We choose an RV that we absolutely LOVE , our dogs do too!
