This is the second time I have used them. J.R is quick and friendly. He has been great. I hope I don’t need them again lol but if I need a locksmith they are the ones I will use for sure. Thank you J.R !
Excellent communication and response to our needs. They rekeyed our front door and programmed a new key fob for us. Watch out for those companies that when you call, it sounds like a telemarketing room. Chitown is local and trustworthy.
We locked ourselves out of the house! We called another service company first and no response. Every time I called back they said that the technician would contact us immediately. After waiting 2 hours, I cancelled them and called Chitown Lock. They responded quickly and were at my house within minutes! He even texted us with an ETA. Great service! Wish I would have contacted them first! Now I know to call Chitown Lock for all my locksmith needs! Highly recommend!
