I am SO happy I chose Big Bobs Flooring-! I went to Home Depot and had a horrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment. At Big Bobs, they treated me like an individual who mattered. I spoke to a Claudia, and we scheduled a home visit to do measurements for one small bedroom. She made an appointment immediately, and there was no charge for the visit. She was amazing from beginning to end. I liked her so much we decided to do two rooms instead of one. The communication was outstanding and the process was extremely fast. I highly recommend Big Bobs flooring. The process of the whole thing was great from beginning to end. Claudia came to my house and showed me options to choose from and measured my home. She was great! We ended up going with a tile install and it couldn’t have went better. From Claudia’s help throughout the process to the installers. Everyone was professional and courteous. They did a great job!
