For curly hair!!! 🚨
I had the pleasure of meeting with Lissette. I was quite nervous at first as I have only ever had haircuts by mom & family friend. I also have really bad social anxiety. As I sat in Lissette’s chair, the environment was such a vibe. Cozy, calm, not overwhelming at all. Lissette was extremely pleasant. I went in for a haircut and I have super thick curly hair that I had neglecting since becoming a new mom. She reassured me she would take care of it. Couldn’t be happier. Saw the reviews here about the salon and went in to ask for someone super experienced with short hair. Receptionist recommended Nathan. And he definitely worked his magic! Finally found my goto hairstylist.

As a Black woman with thick, type 4 hair, finding someone who truly knows how to care for my hair has not always been easy. I’ve had experiences where I felt like a burden—but Lissette completely changed that for me! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so sweet and welcoming. Lissette treated my hair with such care and love, and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. My silk press came out so smooth, shiny, and full of bounce—I’m obsessed! She even took time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was going on. This experience was everything I needed, and I’ll definitely be back!
