Very delightful staff. professional and knowledgeable. Lucas was very cordial and professional as he checked me in. Stephanie was glowing and very pleased. Which set me up for a great visit with Dr Phan in which I felt well taken care of, and rapping it all up was Charles who guided me through picking out my frames. Great, Great experience. I will be back!!
I love this office. Parking is free and easy in the garage behind the building. Appointments can be easily made online, as is checkin. Kelly at the front desk, Technician Alex, Dr. Shaeffer, and Charles the “glasses guy” were all helpful, friendly and definitely no pressure on the upselling. Even though it’s a corporate chain, the staff makes it feel like it’s a local Wilton Manors business.
Absolutely wonderful staff!!! Manager Lucas welcomed me. Alex was great doing the testing. Then Dr Phan did a great exam. Very thorough and dental!! And the icing on the cake is Charles. Not only super pleasant and accommodating on the phone, he’s super pleasant and accommodating ordering my new prescription. Dr Phan referred me to a specialist and that also got taken care of immediately. Highly recommended this office and staff!!!
