I had the pleasure of meeting with Lissette. I was quite nervous at first as I have only ever had haircuts by mom & family friend. I also have really bad social anxiety. As I sat in Lissette’s chair, the environment was such a vibe. Cozy, calm, not overwhelming at all. Lissette was extremely pleasant. I went in for a haircut and I have super thick curly hair that I had neglecting since becoming a new mom. She reassured me she would take care of it. The consultation versus the result was 100% accurate. I asked for my hair to be shoulder length CURLY. And that’s exactly what I got! She took her time, was focused, obvious good skill and explained to me every step of the way what she was going to be doing and the reason why. Having anxiety, I felt very comfortable the salon is so nice and clean. Lissette was such a breath of fresh air as finding someone who understands curly hair is sooo difficult. I highly recommend her, thank you Lissette! Love my hair !!“

“Dean cuts the hair for my family. We look forward to seeing him. Dean is skilled and experienced. He has also managed two salons so he knows what he’s doing. He is reliable, responsive and conscientious. The salon where he operates has been there over 40 years. They have survived when others failed. That means the owners are competent and the customers loyal. There is an abundance of parking. The owners are always present and actively engaged with the customers. There are no strangers in this salon. Everyone there cares about the customers, each other and what they are doing. We are fortunate to be customers.“

“I have enjoyed this salon for over ten years. I always receive top notch services and I am thrilled with my results. Roseli is a perfectionist. Her clients always leave looking amazingly well coiffed and happy. I read one recent review (by Donna) that was critical of the salon, and I must respond because I was the other client receiving services when Donna came in. I can verify exactly what occurred. Donna was scheduled for a FREE consultation, not a paid service, yet she arrived 15 or 20 minutes LATE. As a result, Roseli had already started my hair when Donna strolled in, and Roseli declined to interrupt my service, and asked Donna to wait. Donna was very impatient at her perceived neglect (apparently unconcerned about interrupting and inconveniencing me, a long term and paying client). After waiting huffily for a few minutes, Donna asked about coffee, and Roseli offered to make her some to enjoy during the brief further wait while she concluded my service. At that point, without any response or explanation, Donna stormed out, leaving us baffled. Donna appears to be a self-centered, entitled and difficult person, so I suggest you disregard her poisonous negative review. You will love your hair if you see Roseli!“
