Andrew and Ian just finished our condo remodel. We moved the washer and dryer upstairs and relocated the master shower. It was a small job for ASI but they gave our project their full attention. During the 4 months of construction, the ASI team (Andrew, Ian, Nick, and Dominick worked efficiently and cleaned up daily. They clearly explained the process and our options. The estimate that they provided at the start was on point with no surprises. We are happy with the finished project and confidently recommend ASI to our friends and family. Andrew and Ian and their team recently completed a major wall repair (full demo and reconstruction) on our house in Wilton Manors. They kept us up-to-date on the project status and followed thru on every detail to finish the job completely and thoroughly. They say they do the work as if they were doing it on their own house and I believe it after seeing the quality and care they took. Their costs estimates for the project were spot on also. I highly recommend ASI because they are reliable, careful and completed the job with top quality work - exactly what they said they would do! Thanks guys for the great work.
