This company provides extraordinary service! My well pump shut down on Saturday morning and after my self help efforts were unsuccessful I called Williston Well & Pump. My call was answered quickly, but after only a minute or two it became apparent that my home is outside of their preferred service area. I assumed I would be referred on to another company and that would be the end of the call, but instead he kept working with me to try and diagnose my problem. He guided me through several steps to test the pressure switch, the pump, etc.. Ultimately, although I didn’t really understand what we accomplished he had my problem figured out.

This is an awesome company! On a Saturday morning our well pump stopped working. After I exhausted my limited self service repair options I was stumped. We didn't know who to call, but found the number for Williston Well & Pump. Our call was answered after only a couple rings and we were immediately speaking with The Man. He figured out pretty early in our conversation that our home is outside his preferred service area, as we are quite a ways north of Williston. I thought for sure he was going to give me another name to call and that would be the end. However, other than mentioning that we were further than he normally covers he wasn't deterred at all from wanting to help. We spent the next 15 or 20 minutes with him guiding me through several steps to try to diagnose the problem. Although I was honestly ready to give up and just have someone come fix the pump, he stuck with it and was able to diagnose our problem. Then, in an ultimate act of selflessness, he slowly taught me (over the telephone) how to fix my well problem! I'm not totally incompetent, but I never would have attempted this repair if not for the clear and simple guidance he provided. I have no doubt that he saved me several hundred dollars and he did so apparently with no reason other than just wanting to help. He told me to call back if I needed any more instruction or had any questions while I was repairing the pump, and then he called me back with more pointers just to make sure I understood! The repairs went exactly as he described, really quite simple, but I would have paid through the nose if he had not been so helpful. Just truly remarkable service!
We are so thankful for Steve! After losing most of our water pressure, Steve was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed, all in the same day! We weren’t able to be home while he was completing the job but he sent us pictures the entire time to show us what parts were replaced. He will be our go to well guy in the future!
