Dale was a joy to work with when we put our lot on the market -- communicative, thorough, and goes the extra mile. I'd highly recommend working with Dale and Harriet Downs Real Estate!

As a Canadian wanting to sell a property in Florida i needed an agent to guide me through the process.I lucked out ! I came in contact with Dale McCurdy. Dale is knowledgeable, hard working, caring and pleasant to work with and a very good communicator as well. I was totally confident throughout the process with Dale. Thanks Dale!
