Installed new HVAC system. Pleased with installation, very polite and knowledgeable crew however owner's wife who runs the office completely messed up the paperwork for our rebate from Duke Energy and then she couldn’t keep a scheduled date for annual service the following year and after 3 cancelations she wouldn’t return a phone call. Apparently they have no desire to service what they sell.Service: Install AC

Put a new HVAC system in and the drain for condensation out of the unit is constituted clogged and water is all over my garage floor. They told me to put vinegar down the drain every month which is what I do, but it does no good. Owner does not return my calls. Also takes a special filter and I can’t order them. So disgusted.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Have used them for two HVAC replacements....techs know what they are doing...family business mom runs office...Dad Tech expert and business manager Some sons and others are effective. Typical pricing my experience 20% less than Villages biggies. Headquarter out of Morristown, FL but serves Villages and larger area
