Jermaine is an outstanding employee. I was extremely anxious about riding through the car wash. He totally relaxed me with his encouragement and kind nature. He also checked on me after pulling into the vacuum area.
He also briefed me on the different car washes available.
He’s a “keeper” employee.

It was my first time at the this peculiar car wash and I so happed to be the very first car that morning. And it surprised me the young man had given me his name and told me about the different services that I could choose from. So I told him which one I would like and he thanked me for coming with a smile ! Now that made my day and I’ll be back to Sweetwater just because of this young man named Kendrick
