Nancy was personable and easy to talk to, answering all of our questions and if she didn’t know something she got her boss Doug on the line who was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the windows. She was one of four companies from which we received estimates. She did not have a pushy aggressive high-pressure presentation as several other sales people had. The time-line for the installation was exactly as Nancy had explained and communicated with me every step of the way. During the installation Mario and his helper were efficient, courteous and so hardworking. It was clearly obvious that Mario has had many years of experience installing windows.
