I saw Missy Hobby yesterday at Salon Jaylee in Southern Trace shopping Center off 466. I had gone to a different hair place that a friend had recommended in Spanish Springs which had decent reviews on Next Door which turned out to be the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’m 68 years old.
So I went into this location and saw Missy who was wonderful and gave me all the options to fix this extremely bad haircut. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I will use this location again and I will use Missy again in the future. I did not find the prices overpriced as some people mentioned and that they were comparable to other high-quality salons.
Sometimes in reality you get what you pay for and if you want a $20 haircut there are lots of those around but you don’t get the quality in the expertise that you get at Salon Jay Lee. So I will keep paying what I consider a reasonable price for a good quality haircut by a professional stylist and I highly recommend this location.

My first experience with Salon Jaylee was nothing short of superb ! The skill and professionalism of my stylist, Michael, is truly out ! He took on the challenge of my need to go gracefully from brunette to my natural beginning of gray, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. As a senior, it was a big decision for me to finally act upon. I am so thankful for Michael’s expertise, and I will continue to drive from Inverness for the top-shelf, expert ability of Michael!! JonLynn did an absolute phenomenal job with my haircut! She cut my hair EXACTLY how I like it, and she did it so effortlessly. And the blowout was perfect to top it all off. 11/10 recommend her!!!!
