“We had our first visit today. I can't say enough good about our experience. I have a large rescue doodle who has a few issues. Rebecca spent time with me on the phone describing what she does to help a dog feel comfortable with the experience. She did exactly what she said she would do. She asked specific questions as to how I wanted Lilly groomed and did exactly what I described! The salon is spotless and quiet. Rebecca was very accommodating for appointments. Not all groomers enjoy grooming doodles. She owns one and every indication was that she liked grooming ours. I will go back!“

“We have a Berniedoddle. Our groomer listened to what we wanted for a cut and he came home happy and just the way we wanted. Davos our dog did not come home with a foo foo cut. Could not be more happy.“
“So far I have no complaints. This is the first time using them for Abby, my Miniature Poodle Shihtzu mix. I can say the place was clean and the staff friendly. I had arranged Abby's stay weeks in advance. When I arrived they said I needed a local contact who could be at their location within 45 minutes. I had no problem with that but if they would have called and asked before her dropoff date or asked at the time I booked her stay it would have been done. Luckily I got a hold of my neighbors before my plane took off and gave them their contact information. I knew they wouldn't have minded just didn't know if they had plans. I was told that this was something new. Just glad I didn't have to cancel my trip.“
