Glassing in the bumped-out lanai was a project/dream that has been several years in the making and planning. The Pergola Kings (Magellan Remodeling Services) built a birdcage for us a few years ago. Their design and workmanship regularly garner compliments, while various staff 'talked me off the ledge' a couple of times by simply offering a solution and making it work before they left the site. There was no real thought of going with any other contractor for the glass-in project. The materials and workmanship were tops.
