Jimmy serviced our home in Ocala, FL. He is very knowledgeable and kind + communicated with us every step of the way. He went above and beyond for our pest service, even vacuumed underneath our oven which was full of crumbs we overlooked that would cause the pests. Looking forward to seeing the spiders, scorpions and cockroaches gone!

We have STRUGGLED with Mole Cricket infestation. They're crawling across the concrete and laughing at me. I told the technician (Lloyd) when he came this week how unhappy I was and he said he would take care of it. When I took the dog for a walk this morning, there were 2 mole cricket bodies, dead, dead, dead at the edge of the lawn. Your technicians are hard-working, pleasant, respectful and a pure joy. We hesitated to change pest companies (Massey & Dean's) for a long time with the attitude that "all these companies are the same". Not true. Only wished we had made the switch to your company sooner.
