Scott was amazing. I had problems with a tire losing air quickly and had a feeling it was from the valve stem. Sean the mechanic got right to work on it and spotted the issue of a leaky seal. They both really went above and beyond though, because I’d mentioned that all the tires needed to be filled every week or so and there were no leaks, so they tested all the valve stems and even found that 2 sensors weren’t reading so Sean replaced those quickly, plus a third one he had inadvertently broke when he removed the stem, but they replaced it for free of course. We worked with Val and he was honest and professional. He went above and beyond and was passionate about his work. This was our first visit at Mavis Tires & Brakes and our brake pad sensor on our car showed 19% brake pad life so we thought we needed new brake pads. Val and the technicians did a detailed check of our brake pads and found that they were only slightly worn and didn't need replacement. It turns out the sensor on our car was showing the incorrect brake pad life. Val saved us a lot of money from getting an unnecessary repair and we appreciate his honesty and looking out for us!
