It's not often a business goes above & beyond to help their customers & I am honestly really impressed & thoroughly satisfied with the level of customer service Tam and the Nail Lounge provided. I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for quite some time.
Whenever I have a special event or occasion, I always request the same nail technician. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that they had made a mistake with the technician.
I called in advance to make the appointment, but when I arrived, I discovered the error. I approached the owner to inquire about the situation, but she was dismissive and offered no apology or empathy.

Superior service! Aniya is skilled, delightful and thorough is all the best ways! My mani - pedi came out amazing but even more so is how my hands, feet and calves feel too after her care!! Highly recommend! This place does not disappoint!
