Bought an air fryer at Sam’s from this brand “West Bend”. It worked for 2 months then started to shut off mid cycle. Then shut off completely. I contacted the company about the warranty and, since it was outside the 30day, window I would have to pay $15 shipping. I did not pay that after reading the reviews here. This company has terrible products and their warranty is a sham.
Bought an expensive air fryer for $400. Barely passed the warranty and it dies. They did nothing to fix it or explain why it would crap out after such a short time. Would not recommend buying appliances from them.
I ordered a slow cooker 69.99 from Amazon, didn't realize it only had a 30 day return window, after 2 months the Teflon cooker pan started pitting and bubbled up, when i go to replacement parts on their website, it says ERROR 404 page not found. My old Westbend cooker pot over 20 years old I'm sure was made in the USA not China. Seems this company doesn't have good business practices. Other people's reviews reflect this same attitude. I hope they can get the Shiza together. I wont order from them ever again.
