Excellent service. The home inspector was very professional and explained everything to me as he went through the home. The report was completed and sent within 48 hours. Price was reasonable.
Throughout the entire process of contacting Roy and following I knew I made the right choice. He was able to get the inspection done on short notice. He explained any and all deficiencies he found and was very personable. The follow-up report was very detailed and included the numerous pictures he took. The most memorable part of the process shows how hard he worked and cared for the property after. Checking the crawl space for the insulation, ducts, and wood rot. He came down dripping with sweat and looking ragged, after having some water and wiping off the sweat he immediately cleaned up the dust and debris from the crawl space.
