European Wax Center Weston provides a variety of waxing services for both women and men. The center uses a special wax called Comfort Wax® which is designed to be gentle on all skin types. I recently went in for a back waxing service, and I must say the staff did an excellent job. The service itself was professional and well done.

What surprised me, however, was that there wasn’t even a cup of water available afterward. Waxing can be uncomfortable, and I found myself quite thirsty when it was over. A simple water dispenser with paper cups would be an inexpensive touch that could greatly improve the customer experience.

Small gestures often leave the biggest impressions.
