No need to go anywhere else, you have the king of the AC ++ You can try to consult elsewhere, it would be a waste of time. The solution is here. Our first time service with Dr. Cool for our home AC issues, did not disappoint. We contacted a couple of smaller outfits after not being happy with various large AC service companies which seemed a little too interested in up selling services as opposed to good diagnosis and fix options. Dr. Cool responded to our call immediately and came out early next morning. Provided a clear diagnosis of issue, with options to consider as a fix, and fixed our problem that same day using the warranty still available with our unit. All with very fair pricing.
