I am extremely pleased with the services of Dr. Cool air conditioning repair & installation and its owner Gil. I called him on a Sunday when I found that some green liquid was leaking out of my 12 year old AC unit. He came over in an hour after the call. He did NOT charge me extra because it was a Sunday like others do. After diagnosing an oil leak and freon loss, he also discovered several electrical parts burnt out due to a surge. He immediately installed the necessary parts to keep my unit running but strongly suggested that it was time for me to replace the system. He gave me an excellent price for a brand new top of the line Carrier, the best on the market today at a fantastic reasonable price. Tuesday morning he was there with his crew and in 5 hours the new system was installed, up and running. He also transferred the parts that he had installed on Sunday to keep the old unit running to the new one at no extra charge. this inclluded capacitors, UV light, and surge protectors for both, the outside as well as the inside. He also cleaned out and sanitized my ducts for no extra charge. For the rest of the week he called me twice a day just to make sure everything was running properly the way it should. I will always continue to call him when I need service and would not even consider calling anybody else. I give this company 5 stars.
I got today the best service from dr cool service, It’s a Sunday, corona virus, Gil Ashcenazi the owner, came to me imedetly when I call, fixed The problem, was resenble with the charge, and kipp calling me to make sure the ac is working properly. Very professional.
Dr cool service llc came and service our air condition. They worked on the roof and fix the problem. They gave prompt service and accurate diagnosis to our problems. I strongly recommend Dr. Cool to others.
