The administrative worker doesn't know what they are doing. The worse part it's they are playing with our health. They are mad at us if we ask some clarification, or any question. Those employees doesn't realized if is not for the patients they will not have a job.
I think the training is bad, because can't be possible that 3 or 4 employees at the same time something is wrong. They need to have a better supervisor.
Great experience with my mother’s Vascular Surgery here, wonderful surgeon and surgical team. Also very hardworking and helpful nurses at the surgical ICU. In addition, when moving about the hospital, when we asked for directions or help, all the staff were positive and friendly and helpful.
i have around a month.going to cleveland clinic in weston.taking my wife do to her liver complications.her doctor and those that we have had taking care of her .starting from her nurse all the way to her doctor have been amazingly great .always on point always calling her..and lets say one day i have a bad experience i still will speak highly of this hospital .because i know it gets very overwhelming there .its not an easy job and we have to understand doctors deal with different cases every day .i respect each and one of them .they deserve a 10.thank you for your service.my wife feels better here than in the one she used to go back then .and i rather bring her to cleveland...read full review
