Service personnel come regularly and on time and added chemicals and cleared leaves and trash.
However:
The improper servicing of my pump and filter led to the failure of the filtering system. I had to repair it myself. { It was air leaks at the pump head due to lack of lubrication of gaskets.)
I am not happy but I gave them two stars for service personnel showing up and adding chemicals and sweeping the pool. For me at least, dealing with the filter is also part of the service I wanted.

I used his service to renovate my pool, they did a horrible job, the Diamond brite was poorly done and left stains and continued rust stains on the bottom, he built a defected waterfall causing a leak in my pool now.I do not recommend this company to anyone. Be aware of this company.
