After being a loyal client to AB nails/Ann for over 9 years. I was insulted and talked down to in the presence of another client,because of a simple and genuine. (Conversation is on screen shots down below). Stay away from this place, she is very rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe this lady told me she doesn’t feel like doing my nails just because I asked her if she has 2 people booked for 10. I didn’t ask her the question with any rude or bad intentions. Called to get some information, no one answered so I drove there and the lady said I go by appointment only. The door says walk-ins and appointments. But even with that, it would have been nice if someone answered the phone to provide that information.

Its 9:21 am google said you open at 9, I just drove up there and 3 ladies are outside waiting to get serviced. You aren't even there yet. Why would you say the shop opens at 9 when you're not even there?
