This is the best thing I have invested, Storie is amazing. She helped me with all my questions. The other company I called were reading from a script. Jeff is professional on time and answers all my questions. I have told everyone I know they need to go with thos company. I have tried stuff from home depot, Do it my self pest control nothing..Thank you all for your help and always going over and beyond to help.Service: Cockroach extermination

I’d like to say I’m speechless, but I have so many good words to say! I live in an apartment complex that contracts Stark Exterminators. I reached out to them in advance of my expected appointment, and I caught the office as everyone was out to lunch. The nice woman on the phone told me someone would be in touch as soon as they got back. Within minutes, who I assume is the Service Manager, Jimmy, called me personally to see how he could help, and I explained my situation and how upset I was about having pests in my home. He educated me on the different types of pests that could be causing me trouble, told me they’d be able to identify the problem and treat it accordingly...read full review
