Alain was a very helpful technician. Our dryer stopped turning on and we had to assess what was causing the issue- the machine or the socket. Turns out there were issues within the circuit and evidence of burning so he was able to reside completely to the breaker and get everything working again. Very respectful and personable to work with, would recommend the company and tech.
Gator electric is absolutely amazing!!! I can’t praise them enough! My surge went out that controlled our main unit. They stopped everything they were doing at the end of the day to accommodate me. Christine (please forgive me if I got your name wrong) went above and beyond to get me in the schedule because I have a baby without air. Alain volunteered his time away from his family ( as he was in his way home) to make sure whatever happen was taken care of. This is a breath of fresh air because every vendor or contractor I’ve encountered here in boca has taken advantage of me and haven’t been good. I first called gator electric in a panic, our business was shut down due to a transformer issue from lake worth utilities. Alain was a phenomenal tech, his meticulous attention to detail led us to getting our issue solved in a timely manner. Thanks to him we are back up and running the next day
