I had a major problem with my pool. Carlos really took the time to figure out the problem. I had given up and Carlos said I’m not leaving until this is fixed. Long story short he fixed my jacuzzi and my daughter is able to have her party tomorrow. We are so great-full for what he did.

I had an issue with my salt cell and I reported it to Pentair, who assigned Carlos from iPools. He responded within the same day I put in the claim and we scheduled a date to fix the issue. After replacing the sensor, the salt cell still wasn’t working so he said I would need a new salt cell.At first I thought I had to resubmit a claim but thankfully he came prepared with a new salt cell and replaced the broken one. I highly recommend. He was very professional.

Carlos was great! He came out to do a salt cell replacement as our first one went bad. He was thorough in his explanation as he worked and did a phenomenal job! He was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Carlos, God Bless!
