While the store can look messy sometimes and pickup orders may have issues, many customers feel really calm while shopping and are never harassed or followed around.

The girls that work here are really sweet , I will say iv noticed the store looks messy sometimes . The only downfall to this location is the pickup orders . Iv picked up a few orders and it seems that they give me products that are missing caps or sticky . Overall I’m never harassed here or followed around like at other ulta locations . I hope that this doesn’t change because I usually feel really calm while shopping at this location .

Racheal is the skin care expert. She spend alot of time going over what make up will be most flattering . She will recommend specific products for your skin type. Also, Donatello is an excellent hairstylist and colorist. He is knowledgeable and sincere. I would highly recommend on the cell for your hair needs.

Rachel is awesome. She helped me with picking out all of my make up care needs (mascara, concealer, eyebrow brush, blush brushes, etc). She even did a shade match for me. Provided friendly service and was very knowledgeable about various products/brands. Awesome job thanks so much, Rachel!!
