Rachel is a skincare expert who is awesome, knowledgeable, and provides friendly service, helping with picking out makeup care needs like mascara, concealer, and blush brushes. Donatello is an excellent and knowledgeable hairstylist and colorist. While the store can look messy sometimes and pickup orders may have issues, many customers feel really calm while shopping and are never harassed or followed around.
I LOVE the staff here. They are extremely helpful and intuitive, and are REFRESHING compared to other Ulta employees ive delt with in the past. I came in and was taking a look at tarte's products (one of the only brands I love and trust). I'm not too big on makeup and really only do a couple things like my lashes and covering up my under eyes. I spoke to Mark about what I was trying to do and what other employees told me. I was told before that I needed an eye cream and this certian super high end concealer, from a whole different area just to cover up my dark circles. I went to Ulta and tried their hair styling service for the first time, I had an amazing experience with Antonia, she listened to what I wanted to achieve with my haircut and she delivered the BEST haircut! I left transformed and so so happy with my new haircut, Antonia is definitely my new hairstylist! She did an AMAZING JOB!
