The Palm Bay location has been my go-to since they opened. All the docs are good, but shout out to Dr. Travis and Dr. Tiffany as my favorites. The front staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this location.
I mostly see Dr. Astrid and she is awesome! Very skilled, friendly, and kind! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I was in there today and Jordanne was providing excellent customer service. There was a customer who was having a hard time with filling out her information on the ipad and Jordanne was going back and forth , helping her - very kind and patient and also helping everybody else with their needs. She did it all with a smile too! The customer service she provided in particular was top notch!
Just had my first visit and everyone was delightful! Bri at the front was so welcoming, helpful, and extremely reassuring (I was a tad nervous with it being my first time!!) Dr. Sarah got me all fixed up and a solid plan to follow, I didn’t catch the other doctors name but all were so welcoming!
