I have been here twice for hair and once for a pedi, and am about to book another appointment for hair and a pedi for my mom who will be in town. Lisa does my hair; I am a very specific highlight. I’m in my 50’s and don’t have a lot of grey hair yet, so I want my highlights to be very thin and sparse, so that the greys that come in blend in with the highlights. To get this effect it must be a foil highlight which takes around an hour and a half to wrap, and Lisa has done it perfectly both times. Sovanna was SUPER nice, but I am very unhappy with my hair. I asked to be blonde, full head of blonde hair, and instead she gave me a foil treatment. I look like I have dark hair with highlights, not at all what I wanted. Almost $200 and I still have to go somewhere else to have it done. It was a waste of time and money, and not great for my hair to need to be treated again so soon.
