This place kinda sucks, I can’t lie, I really don’t like their 3 month warranty, especially with the frames covered by Medicaid typically being cheap, and getting scratch protection, blue light, or anything else is really out of pocket, but I guess that’s normal. I don’t hate this place, but I really hate their warranty policy, especially if you’re an active person, or someone at a high risk of your lenses getting damaged, because it’s not cheap to get new ones and the frames are mid. Like really mid, because over time they begin to get wore out and don’t stay on as well, coming from a place of experience, it’s not fun.

I can’t recommend enough! The DR was incredibly kind, but the true shining star was Donna. She is the woman working in the frames section of the office. She was kind, helpful, and made my whole day. We need more Donna’s in this world!! We will be recommending them to everyone!!
