One thing lacking in business today is extreme professionalism and putting the customer first. That is certainly not the case with Artemis. Daniel and his wife are exceptionally, professional, courteous and hard working. What they tell you they are going to do, is exactly what they do. Positive customer service is clearly Job 1 with these folks. I could be happier with their service and how they treated us, the customer. I would recommend them to anyone who has a critter issue. They are wonderful and super responsive! We had a rattlesnake in our pool area and they arrived within 20 minutes to remove it. We also had rat activity in our attic, which they have promptly removed and made sure they will never get back in. Their pricing is excellent and they went above and beyond to educate my husband and I (who are new to Florida) so that we can prevent further problems. This company is without a doubt one of the best. Quick response. The staff are very professional and alway on time. Artemis came in and got the job done. They take the time to answer all your questions and listen to your concerns. We had to call them at 8:00pm on and Sunday night and they came right out. I recommend this company without hesitation.
