I have used this company a couple of times in the past due to urgency. They aren’t the best. My refunds were always lower then usual compared to other company’s. I was told this year I was getting absolutely nothing back when I worked? I asked AL to call me to please further explain as I was extremely perplexed and he was rude, told me to be quiet and kept asking if I was finished talking. He kept giving me different excuses and couldn’t find a plausible answer as to why. He was rude in the past but I let it go.. now I will never work with them again. Their “sweet” until a issue arises or have questions. don’t let people play with your money !

I am a church pastor who sold a house, and moved cross country. My profession alone involves extra forms and knowledge of the unique tax status. This was our first time using this tax service but it won't be our last. They are professional, prompt, complete, and cost conscious. We would recommend them very highly and give more stars if possible. If you are looking for a tax preparer that you can have confidence in this is the one you want.
