I would not spend the money on this service. Look up their profiles on LinkedIn, none of them are professional writers. I don't think any of them are dedicated full-time employees of the organization. The organization was just absorbed into another company thus causing communication issues. You might as well save yourself the money and write the grants yourself, because that is what you basically are doing. Their sales team will try to sell you on it but the operations side cannot keep up their end of the deal.
